Grete Christoffersen works at the intersection of leadership, organizational development and human performance. She combines business understanding with insights from neuroscience, systemic thinking and LEAN to develop structure, leadership and interaction that produce lasting results. Grete works with leadership development, organizational design and lectures on performance, mental health and collaboration in organizations. She has experience from leadership roles as HR Manager at Schlumberger, CEO at Relocation Norway and CEO at InterSearch Norway.

She holds a degree in Economics from Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II and a Master's degree in Human Resources from ESSEC Business School in Paris, as well as further education in Neuroscience for Business from MIT. She is certified in several recognized leadership and team tools. Grete is the author of Leadership Snapshots and gives lectures and works with leadership development in Norwegian, English and French.
